I decided to make banana pudding on Monday since we had some really ripe bananas to use up. I used the recipe off the Nilla Wafer box with a couple exceptions. I substituted 1/2 cup honey for 1/2 cup of the sugar and I substituted a tub of lite cool whip for the meringue.

Every month, my mother’s family has a family reunion. This month, it’s the day before Easter so my mother and I planned to make a carrot cake and decorate it with an Easter theme.
